Lynnsport 1 marks the final phase of the Lynnsport redevelopment and is situated off Lynnsport Way (the site of the old hockey pitches). We've submitted a planning application to build 96 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses including provision for 15% of these properties to be affordable.
Planning permission for this site was granted in May 2022 and works will start on site in due course.
