About the development
Nar Valley Park 4 will be the fourth phase of development at Nar Valley Park. We will be building 105 two and three bedroom homes. This development will connect Sandpiper Way with Morston Drift, running alongside the River Nar. The properties will be a mixture of affordable rent (15%), private rent (50%) and market sale (35%).
