About the proposed housing development in Southend Road, Hunstanton
Southend Road is a proposed development of 32 residential flats on land we own in Hunstanton. The development will consist of one, two and three bed properties.
We anticipate the development will include a 20% provision for affordable housing. We hope that the scheme is attractive to first time buyers and small families, as well as those looking to remain or retire in the area.
This development is detailed in phase 1 of the Southern Seafront Masterplan. It forms part of the long-term strategic plan for the area.

Due to the nature of the scheme design the programme is rolling, with works phases overlapping. I.e. the superstructure of some areas may have commenced whilst the substructure of others is still under construction.
