About the development
Southend Road is a proposed development of 32 residential flats on land we own in Hunstanton. The development will consist of one, two and three bed properties.
We anticipate the development will include a 20% provision for affordable housing. We hope that the scheme is attractive to first time buyers and small families, as well as those looking to remain or retire in the area.

This project was granted planning permission in April 2021 and we started on site in May 2022. The building works are now finished.
