The service operates Monday to Saturday from 7:00am until 6:00pm. Between 7:00am and 9:00am, and between 5:00pm and 6:00pm, the ferry will run continuously. Between 9:00am and 5:00pm the service will run every 20 minutes - on the hour, 20 minutes past the hour and 20 minutes to the hour.

The service is operated by West Lynn Ferry Ltd. The operators reserve the right to suspend service if tide or weather conditions present any risk to passenger's safety.
