Manage your Council Tax, business rates, BID or benefit claim with our 24/7 online MyRevenues service

What can I use MyRevenues for?

If you pay Council Tax to us, you can use our system to:

  • view your balance
  • check when your next payment is due
  • view latest bills
  • set up a Direct Debit or make other changes to your method of payment
  • report a change to us online, and track the progress of your request

If you claim Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support you can use our system to:

  • check how much benefit you're entitled to
  • check when your next payment is due
  • view notification letters
  • report a change to us online, and track the progress of your request

To manage your Council Tax, business rates, BID or benefit claim online you'll need:

  • to register (if you're new to the system) or log-in
  • your Council Tax account or benefit claim number handy

Help on how to use MyRevenues

You'll then be emailed a link to access your account with your username and password. Your MyRevenues account will automatically link to any other revenues account you have (such as business rates or Council Tax).

Please note; you need to pay Council Tax, business rates, BID or claim benefits within our borough to have a MyRevenues account.
