Advertisement Consent
This application should be used for proposals to display an advertisement or sign, either on an existing premises or for directions to a premises.
An application for planning permission for development for an existing dwellinghouse, or development within the curtilage of such a dwellinghouse for any purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse, including the erection of fences and gates etc, but does not include an application for change of use or an application to change the number of dwellings in a building or for a new access to the highway.
An application for any consent, agreement or approval required by or under a planning permission, development order or local development order in relation to such development, but does not include an application for change of use or an application to change the number of dwellings in a building.

If you require written confirmation that a proposed use, operation or development is 'Lawful' in terms of Planning. See S192 of the Town and Country Planning Act.
Application for the alteration, demolition (partial) alter or extend a Listed Building (including internal works) - unauthorised work to a Listed Building is a criminal offence.
A planning permission for the erection of a building, which is granted subject to a condition requiring the subsequent approval of the local planning authority with respect to the reserved matters.
A planning permission for the erection of a building, which is granted subject to a condition requiring the subsequent approval of the local planning authority with respect to one or more reserved matters.
Reserved Matters, which can be included at Outline Stage or Reserved are as follows:
Application under S73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to determine an application to develop land without compliance with condition(s) previously attached.

Application under S19(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) to determine an application to develop land without compliance with condition(s) previously attached to a Listed Building Consent.
