What happens next?

Once we've processed your application we'll send you a bill. The bill will tell you your rateable value, and what you need to pay. To find out more about rateable values, please view our business rates explained page.

Business waste and recycling

Your business rates bill doesn’t cover waste collection because it's a separate, legally mandated service for businesses. Businesses have a legal duty to manage their waste responsibly, safely, and securely. View our business waste and recycling page to find out about our commercial waste and recycling service, and get a free non-obligation quote.
