What we can investigate
We can investigate a complaint where a driver, vehicle or operator has failed to meet the conditions that they agreed to when we licensed them. For more information please see our procedure and conditions page.
What we can't investigate
We cannot investigate enforcement issues like road traffic offences. Please contact Norfolk Police.
How to complain
Please complete our private hire and hackney carriage complaint form. Please write onto the form, where it is blank, the reason for your complaint.
To make a complaint you'll need:
- drivers licence badge number
- vehicle plate number
- vehicle registration number
