What does the LDS provide?
The LDS provides information on the documents that currently make up the King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council’s Development Plan and the timetable for Local Plan preparation.
Our Local Development Scheme came into effect on 23 April 2024. It chiefly outlines the currently anticipated timescales for the emerging Local Plan through to its currently anticipated adoption in Q1 2025.
