Complete our taxi driver annual update
Our annual update form
Since the introduction of the three year combined driver's licence, you're required to complete an annual update form.
We need to review your details to make sure nothing has changed. We'll ask questions about:
- medical health
- any convictions
- any other jobs you have
We'll also need to review your DVLA driving licence details in case they've changed. During the application, you'll be prompted to generate a code from the DVLA website. This code will allow us to check your driving licence details online.
The check code is only valid for 21 days, and must be provided in EXACTLY the same format as stated from the DVLA.
To complete our annual update form, you'll need your:
- combined driver badge number (it will start with CD)
- National Insurance number
- DVLA driving licence number
- postcode
If you're unable to complete our online form, you can download a paper application.
What happens next?
We'll process your form as soon as we can. If you've reported a change which we've not been aware of before, we'll contact you to find out more.
