Cash caps

Under the cash cap, no ratepayer can in any circumstances exceed £110,000 in discount across all of their business rates properties in England.

The Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Relief Scheme is subject to the Minimal Financial Assistance limits under the Subsidy Control Act.
