Producers
We have the following producers available on the day that you can buy, sample, and hear first-hand from about their delicious beer, gin, or cider and what makes them unique:
Barsham Brewery

Steeped in farming history, on the Estate we grow some of the best malting barley in the world. Our top-quality agricultural soil, coupled with the Norfolk sea air and unique micro-climate creates the ideal environment to grow our famous Maris Otter barley, which we use as the base malt for of our award-winning Norfolk beers.
Our barley is malted down the road at Crisp Malting, then returned to the Estate where we begin the process of brewing in our state-of-the-art brewery. The malt is blended with beautifully pure water from our own bore hole and hop varieties from around the world to brew our collection of craft beers. From field to glass, we celebrate the art of sustainable agriculture, emphasising a true farm-to-table ethos that encapsulates the essence of Norfolk's agricultural heritage. We are ‘Norfolk born and brewed’ in the very truest sense.
Brancaster Drinks / Artisan Drinks

The coastline of North Norfolk is a tranquil place, steeped in history and blessed with great natural beauty. Our multi award-winning spirits are born from the harvest of this magical county.
Coastal botanicals are combined to produce our London Dry style Brancaster Gin - beautifully fresh and delightfully smooth. The natural flavours and colours of blackberries and pink elderflower infuse our Brancaster Pink Gin and the harvest of our farmers and our local beekeepers provide the taste and the smoothness of our delicious Brancaster Vodka.
We launched in Autumn 2025 and with our new Brancaster Sloe Gin and the SS Vina inspired Brancaster Navy Strength Gin we now have 5 spirits and we choose to pair them with Artisan’s range of premium mixers.
Artisan Drinks are made with 100% natural ingredients and offer unique flavour combinations. They have developed a range that truly complement craft spirits rather than drowning them in sugar or artificial ingredients. Artisan always start with the spirit in mind, carefully crafting the range to ensure they partner beautifully.
Duration Beer / Downham Cider

Downham Cider & Spirits is a craft producer from Downham Market, Norfolk, celebrating 10 years this July. We make traditional ciders using locally donated apples, rescuing surplus fruit and turning it into something special.
Our naturally fermented ciders are full of character and reflect the local harvest. We also distil our cider into small-batch spirits, including gin and apple brandy, giving a unique Norfolk twist on traditional drinks.
Rooted in community, sustainability, and real fruit—Everything We Make Starts in the Orchard and Ends in the Glass.
Redwell Brewing

Redwell is run by a small and very passionate team, who warmly welcome you to the brewery. Our goal? To create fantastic local beer for local people to enjoy, whether that’s here at our taproom or in one of the many establishments that we supply across East Anglia.
We firmly believe that great beers are for everyone, which is why our full range is certified vegan and gluten-free. We brew in small batches right here at the brewery, using locally farmed Norfolk malt and a variety of exciting hops from around the world.
Sunfire Spirits

Sunfire Spirits is a multi-award-winning, family-run craft distillery nestled in the heart of Great Fransham, Norfolk. Founded on a passion for small-batch excellence, we hand-craft premium gins, rums, and vodkas using traditional copper stills.
Our signature flavours are born right here in the Norfolk countryside, utilizing handpicked wild botanicals and locally sourced honey. From our flagship 3-Star Great Taste Award-winning Sloe Gin to our uniquely smooth Honey Rum and vibrant fruit vodkas, every single bottle is filled, labelled, and corked by hand.
