About the event
All ages are welcome to join us for a fun-filled educational day with litter picking competitions and prizes up for grabs, workshops and activities, the launch of our ‘Borrow, Play, Return Box’ and much more… including a giant inflatable whale!
Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
The Whale - Plastic Ocean
A show stopping centrepiece just washed ashore! This 18-metre-long sperm whale is guaranteed to enchant as well as having a story to tell. The audience are greeted by a cheerful Navigator character who invites them to step inside the Whale and experience a beautiful, funny and interactive show which will highlight the impact plastic has on our environment through a series of fun learning and theatrical experiences.
