Information about our Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs)
What are Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs)?
An Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) is a process designed to help organisations ensure that their policies, procedures, practices, events and decision making processes are fair and do not discriminate against or disadvantage any particular groups of people.
Demonstrating our commitment to the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), we have published our equality impact assessments.
Please find our published EIAs below. If the equality impact assessment you’re looking for isn’t available, or you would like it in an alternative format, please contact corporate.policy@west-norfolk.gov.uk.
