About our review document
The purpose of the Employment Study is to:
- assess the future demand for and supply of employment land and premises
- assess the suitability of sites, whether existing, permitted or proposed for future employment land
- help develop appropriate future policies and proposals for strategic planning
The study aims to provide:
- an updated position on the economic issues within the borough
- an evidence base for the policies that determine employment land provision
