Once completed please post, fax or e-mail the form to the Mintlyn Crematorium.

To find out more information about tracing your family tree please go to the following websites. They link to pages at the Norfolk Records Office giving information on tracing your family tree, parish registers and census records. They also have information on the King's Lynn and Norfolk family history sources, giving local information about civil registration, census records, wills and much more.

There are a considerable number of other cemeteries and churchyards in West Norfolk. We only hold records for six Cemeteries and Mintlyn Crematorium. The Diocese that are responsible for churchyards in West Norfolk are Ely and Norwich.
