Information about the Nar Ouse area and the King's Lynn Innovation Centre

Nar Ouse

Nar Ouse is a 48.5 ha (120 acre) site to the south of King's Lynn town centre. This is the largest brownfield regeneration project ever handled in West Norfolk, and one of the largest in the East of England.

Following a £60 million public infrastructure project the site has been transformed. It includes employment land, residential accommodation, and integrated public facilities, within close proximity to transport connections.

For further information, please visit the Nar Ouse website.

King's Lynn Innovation Centre

Within the Nar Ouse regeneration area is the King's Lynn Innovation Centre. The centre has recently opened, and is operated by Nwes, the leading enterprise agency.

The centre provides high calibre one to one advice, mentoring, workshops, and access to financial support for local businesses.
