West Norfolk Help Hub is a multi-agency partnership working to address people’s needs before their difficulties become unmanageable. The focus is on early intervention and prevention, rather than waiting for things to deteriorate to crisis point.
How it works

Clients are referred in, usually by an organisation they are in contact with. Although we do not offer a self-referral option, in the event someone reaches out, we will try to guide them to a professional who can make a referral on their behalf. The Help Hub partnership will discuss the needs and any underlying causes, and create the links needed to implement support.
These are just some of the problems that the Help Hub deals with:
- Housing
- Financial concerns
- Physical and mental health needs
- Self-harm
- Domestic abuse
- Parenting and parental separation
- Physical or emotional neglect
- Employment issues
- ASB
- Carer support
- Radicalisation
