On Thursday 30 October voters in Syderstone are due to go to the polls to vote in a Neighbourhood Planning Referendum.
Anyone not already registered to vote must do so by Tuesday 14 October if they wish to cast a vote in this referendum.
The polling station will be open from 7am to 10pm at Amy Robsart Village Hall.
Anyone who is unable to vote in person can check if they are eligible for a postal or proxy vote by contacting Electoral Services on 01553 616773.
The deadline for applications to vote by post is 5pm on Wednesday 15 October (for new postal voting arrangements and amendments to existing arrangements, including postal proxies). This is also the deadline for amendments to existing arrangements to vote by proxy.
The deadline for new applications to vote by proxy is 5pm on Wednesday 22 October.
The deadline for Voter Authority Certificate (VAC) applications is 5pm on Wednesday 22 October.
The deadline for emergency proxy vote applications (if the emergency arose after 5pm on Wednesday 22 October) is 5pm on Thursday 30 October.
The votes will be counted on Friday 31 October and the result announced approximately midday.
