Where to get help

The council’s Lily service can help with your mental wellbeing. They help in all sorts of ways, from accessing services and tackling loneliness to finding opportunities to make a positive difference in your community.

The NHS offers wellbeing support in Norfolk through Wellbeing Norfolk and Waveney. They can help with low mood, depression and stress. This is not a mental health crisis service – if you need help straight away please call 111 and select the mental health option.

Mind is a charity for people who need support with their mental health, or people who are helping a person who needs support. Local services are delivered by the Norfolk and Waveney branch.
