It’s important that your premises licence is always up to date.
You can use our form to notify us of a change of:
- premises licence holder name or address
- Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) name or address
To notify us of a change you’ll need:
- the business premises details (address and contact details)
- a debit or credit card for the £10.50 fee
Once you’ve completed the form, please send us your original premises licence and summary

What happens next?
Once processed, you'll receive an updated premises licence in the post. You can continue to trade as normal.
