If you're buying a home you may need to conduct an environmental search on your property. We hold environmental information, including historic land use and landfill sites within the borough.
If you require environmental information for a particular site you can contact us. More detailed enquiries and larger search area requests will be assessed at an hourly rate.
Enquiries are often raised as part of property sales. An Advice for Homebuyers and Sellers Leaflet is available. This is especially useful if your property has 'failed' an environmental search.
