We take any complaints received against an animal welfare establishment, whether licensed or unlicensed, very seriously.
Should you have a problem with a licenced premises, we recommend discussing the matter with the business owner first. They may not be aware of the problem, and this gives them the opportunity to resolve the issue without any further action required.
