The policies
The Site Allocation and Development Management Policies Plan is part of the Local Plan. It contains a set of policies and proposed land uses that will guide the future of our borough up to 2026.
Once the Local Plan is adopted, all planning applications will be judged against these policies.
We are in the final stages of getting the Local Plan adopted. We have submitted The Site Allocations and Development Management Policies Pre-Submission Document, and supporting information, to the Secretary of State for independent examination.
