About the Policy
Our Statement of Principles gambling policy outlines the principles we intend to apply when dealing with gambling applications, queries and enforcement.
Under the Gambling Act 2005 all licensing authorities throughout England and Wales are required to review their Statement of Principles (gambling policy) every three years.
Our current policy was approved by Full Council on 2 December 2021. It came into force 31 January 2022.
