We’re required to keep a register of all Temporary Exemption Notices that are in force. Please note the following:
- Information on this extract cannot be relied upon for the purposes of any legal proceedings
- The information is only valid as per the date shown
- A Temporary Exemption Notice, even if applied for, will not appear on the register until the notice is served
- This extract of the register does not include the address details of the applicant for the Temporary Exemption Notice – the certified copy of the register will include this information
If you require a certified copy of the official register, please e-mail housingstandards@west-norfolk.gov.uk. The official register will contain details of all HMO licences, Temporary Exemption Notices served (and in force) and any management orders in force. There may be a small charge. Information regarding previous register entries may be supplied at our discretion.
