Healthwatch Norfolk is working with the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group to gather feedback on how services should be delivered by the three hospitals in the Group in the future:
Resident are invited to play a part in helping to plan healthcare services for future generations at their hospitals:
- The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn
- The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
- The James Paget University Hospital
Your answers will be shared with the senior doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals developing the plan for NHS services across Norfolk and Waveney going forward.
