A new tenant has just moved into a unit at King’s Lynn Enterprise Park, meaning that the units are now around 75% occupied.
Norfolk Natural Living, which was set up in 2019, has expanded and needed room to accommodate their increased number of head office staff and requirement for a much larger manufacturing facility, to support growing demand for their vegan and organic products.
Simon Ring, the Borough Council’s Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Business, said:
“This is a growing and increasingly well-known business that, as it continues to expand, is choosing to stay local because it recognises what King’s Lynn has to offer as a business base.
“Our Enterprise Park was created to support growth in the local economy, investment and jobs, and here’s the proof that it is doing exactly that. We’re keeping an expanding business because they recognise that we can serve their needs, which has knock-on benefits for people in the town.”
Norfolk Natural Living founder, Bella Middleton, said:
“We’re absolutely delighted to be moving into our new home at King’s Lynn Enterprise Park. As a fast-growing Norfolk brand, having the right space for our team is essential. This beautiful new workshop gives us room to grow and the opportunity to bring even more of our manufacturing and creative teams together under one roof.
“What began around a kitchen table in Norfolk is now ten of our own perfumeries, alongside stockists and hotel partners across the UK and beyond. We’re proud to be staying local, creating jobs and investing in the community that has supported us from the start. It feels like a lovely vote of confidence in Norfolk and in what we’re building here.”
Alex Brown, Commercial Surveyor and Associate at Brown&Co, added:
“We are delighted to have secured this letting to Norfolk Natural Living. Their move into 7 Peterborough Road reflects the strong appetite for new good quality industrial, office and production space in King’s Lynn and supports the next stage of their business growth.”
The 15ha Enterprise Park is based to the south of King’s Lynn, with excellent links in all directions due to its proximity to the A10, A17 and A47. The Park is designed to provide a modern space where ambitious businesses can scale, collaborate, and innovate. Set in a scenic riverside location, with excellent walking and cycling connections to the town centre, it offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, a thriving enterprise community and a commitment to sustainable development. The government-backed initiative in partnership with Norfolk County Council, investment and a strategic growth plan, this is more than a business park — it is a place to build the future. The final remaining commercial unit at 5 Peterborough Road is currently available and being marketed by Brown & Co, alongside a selection of plots for light industrial or office development and smaller start up units and co working space available at the King’s Lynn Innovation Centre.
It is part of the measures in the West Norfolk Economic Strategy to support business growth and retention, particularly focusing on key growth sectors in manufacturing, advanced engineering and med-tech by creating modern, connected employment spaces. The remaining Enterprise Park unit offers modern, flexible space designed to meet the needs of these key growth sectors.
