The popular Christmas carol service returns to Mintlyn Crematorium on Tuesday 9 December at 6:30pm.
This family-friendly carol service was introduced at the crematorium in 2018, and it has raised hundreds of pounds for charity.
This year the service will support The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House, as well as the Mayor’s charities. Guests will be invited to make a voluntary donation for a special message tag to place on the Christmas Tree of Memories.
The Chapel will open from 6:30pm with the service starting at 7pm led by Reverand Kyla Sørensen and civil celebrant Nicole Turner. Music will be provided by resident Mintlyn organist Mr Peter Godden.
Mayor of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, Cllr Andy Bullen, will be attending the service. Mince pies, tea and coffee will be served afterwards.
This is a free event for everyone to attend but, due to its popularity, a ticket will be required for entry, alternatively the service will be webcast for those unable to attend, please email mintlyn@west-norfolk.gov.uk or telephone 01553 630533 for tickets or webcast log-on details.
Mintlyn Crematorium is located on Lynn Road, Bawsey, King’s Lynn PE32 1HB.
