King's Lynn summer events programme announced

Kings lynn summer events 2023

Published: Wednesday, 24th May 2023

The Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk has announced its programme of King’s Lynn events for 2023.

Popular events in town, organised by the borough council and partners, will return including the Hanseatic Festival of Watersports at the end of May, followed by a schedule of events through the school holidays from July onwards that include Folk in the Town, Mods and Rockers, the Mini Meet, and Classic Car Day.

Cllr Simon Ring, Cabinet Member for Tourism, Events and Marketing, said: "Events in King’s Lynn are always well supported by our residents. Despite the inclement weather over Coronation weekend many still came and enjoyed the activities in King’s Staithe Square. The aim of this schedule is to encourage people into King’s Lynn town centre to support our local retailers and hospitality businesses.”

The full programme will be regularly updated to the events page of the borough council website and can be viewed here: west-norfolk.gov.uk/events. Borough council social media channels will also be updated.
