Video of the reading of the Proclamation in King’s Lynn

The Mayor of King's Lynn and West Norfolk read the Proclamation of the Accession outside the Town Hall in King's Lynn on Sunday, 11 September.

The Principal Proclamation was made on Saturday, 10 September, at 11am at St James's Palace and at noon at the Royal Exchange in the City of London.

The High Sheriff made the Norfolk Proclamation on the steps of County Hall at 1:00pm, followed by The Mayor, Cllr Lesley Bambridge making the Proclamation outside the Town Hall in King's Lynn at 1.30pm.

A short Service of Reflection and Prayer was held at King's Lynn Minster following the Proclamation.
