Food banks are situated in King’s Lynn, Hunstanton and Downham Market. Details of these are on the Trussell Trust website.
This will take you to a page where you can put in your postcode to find your nearest foodbank (which may not be in this borough). Please remember you need a referral to a food bank.
There are some apps which aim to connect communities to reduce waste by sharing food and other household items that aren’t needed or are left over. Try Too Good To Go or Olio.
Community fridges are stocked by donations and anyone can just turn up to see what is available. The food is free. There are two in west Norfolk: Hunstanton and King's Lynn.
