Health and Wellbeing Partnership grants

Find out about the Health and Wellbeing Partnership and how the grants can help local communities

About the grant

The King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Health and Wellbeing Partnership (KLWN HWP) aims to address challenges that no single organisation can address alone, and will collectively drive strategies and activities for King’s Lynn and West Norfolk to:

  • promote the health and wellbeing of residents;
  • tackle health inequalities;
  • address the wider determinants of health;
  • prioritise prevention;
  • support practical action that makes a difference to local people and communities.

Funding is available through a Small Grants/Grassroots Fund for 2026–2028. This route is intended to support smaller local groups, community organisations and grassroots activity that can help reduce health inequalities in local communities. A confirmed £20,000 over the two years is ring-fenced for this route.

Funding is available through the Main Fund/Larger Grants route for 2026–2028. The total grant available over the two years is £150,000.

The grants process will close at 5pm on Monday 24 August 2026.
