About the pop-up units
The Purfleet Street Pop-Ups in King’s Lynn are now open for business once again – refreshed and ready for new occupiers.
Funded through the King’s Lynn Town Deal, these pop-ups were created in response to public consultation, where local residents and businesses expressed a clear desire for more flexible, short-term retail and food and drink spaces in the town centre to trail business ideas. The result is a vibrant, community-driven destination designed to support local enterprise and bring new energy to Purfleet Street.
With the street scaffolding now removed and the surrounding trees reinstated, the space has returned to its welcoming, attractive setting in the heart of the town. This popular location offers a fantastic opportunity for independent traders, start-ups, and food and beverage operators to make their mark.

Each pop-up unit measures 2.8m x 2.1m, providing a compact yet functional space ideal for a range of uses. Whether you're launching a new concept, testing a business idea, or expanding into a high-footfall area, these units offer a great stepping stone.

Units come equipped with essential services, including:

- Water supply
- Integrated storage space

Hire cost
The hire cost for a pop-up unit is £100 per week. Utilities are charged separately.
Please note a £100 deposit is required, which will be refunded provided the unit is returned in the same condition.
