Information about our Careline service
Established in 1986, Careline Community Service has rapidly evolved to become one of the most recognised and trusted suppliers of telecare in the region. Working through us, Careline Community Service is here to improve the homes and lives of older, vulnerable and disabled people. Our aim is to increase people’s independence and improve their quality of life by providing an excellent service that is efficient and adaptable to individual needs.
At the end of 2015 Careline had in excess of 4600 clients across Norfolk and parts of Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.
Our UK based call centre provides assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year giving you and your loved ones complete peace of mind.
Our highly trained staff will have access to the data you supply and will know who you are the minute your pendant is pressed, responding on average within 16 seconds.
In addition to Careline, we expanded our services based on the needs of the older and vulnerable residents within the community. We know that it can be increasingly difficult as we get older, to manage those jobs around the home. Finding someone trustworthy and willing to undertake those tasks is not always easy and that is why we developed our handyperson service.
We can also provide advice, guidance and information on other local organisations and signpost you to alternative services which may be of use.
