Our service
Established in 1986, Careline Community Service has rapidly evolved to become one of the most recognised and trusted suppliers of telecare in the region.
Working through us, Careline Community Service is here to support older and disabled people by providing round the clock assistance at the push of a button.
Our aim is to increase people’s independence and improve their quality of life by providing an excellent service that is efficient and adaptable to individual needs.
We can install the Careline alarm unit in the home, test the range of the pendant and fully explain how it all works. The pendant can be worn either on the wrist or around the neck and once pressed a call will be placed through to our call centre who will arrange for assistance.
Once you have a Careline alarm installed, there are many additional pieces of equipment (or assistive technology) available which can be linked to provide additional reassurance and protection. These include:
- smoke and carbon monoxide detector alarms
- home intruder security systems
- falls detector pendants
On occasions you may require authorised visitors to have access to your home including carers, loved ones and the emergency services. For this purpose we provide the Supra C500 which is the UK’s first Police approved key safe. Keys are accessed by entering a unique code allowing medics or the emergency services access to your home when you need them most.
