Our Management Team

Our structure is organised around the main services we deliver.

Our Management Team consists of the Chief Executive and three Executive Directors.

Chief Executive - Lorraine Gore

Our Chief Executive has overall corporate management and operations of the council.

They provide professional advice to all parties in the decision making process, including:

  • Cabinet
  • Overview and Scrutiny
  • Full Council
  • other committees

They are responsible for a system of record keeping (with the Monitoring Officer) for all local authority decisions (executive or otherwise).

They're also responsible for:

  • legal services - freedom in information/data protection
  • performance management and performance review
