Local Retrofit Suppliers Opportunity

Information on the initiative to get more local businesses fully accredited to carry out energy efficiency improvement works

The drive to meet net-zero targets, combined with on-going increases in energy prices, means that there is now a significant and growing demand for businesses that can carry out quality retrofit energy efficiency works to homes.

To carry out energy efficiency works in England & Wales; all installers must be a TrustMark Registered Business with PAS 2035 certification. This accreditation allows businesses to obtain funding and complete works on behalf of the following schemes:

  • Energy Company Obligation (ECO) 4
  • Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) 2
  • Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) 2.1

Becoming a TrustMark Registered Business isn’t just about displaying a logo, it is a government sponsored accreditation scheme that is central to the delivery of retrofit measures and signals that your business meets all the relevant standards.

Please see the following link to discover more potential benefits for your business: The Benefits of Being TrustMark Registered.

As the government is committing more money to energy efficiency improvement schemes, now is the time to become a fully accredited UK retrofit installer.
