Developer contributions data

Details of CIL, S106 and BNG income and spend - search by application or obligation type

How we use this data

We are required to record and publicise details relating to developer contributions.

The Public Facing Module (PFM) uses data relating to planning applications and helps us to manage developer contributions to:

  1. safeguard West Norfolk CIL Funds,
  2. help members of the public, developers, infrastructure providers, local councils and other key stakeholders to understand the infrastructure that is being delivered through developer contributions,
  3. publicly present the amount of developer contributions that the council hold.

This software is also the source of information used to prepare our Infrastructure Funding Statements.

Data is separated into different sections as follows:

CIL

  • Dashboard – financial information income, allocations and spend
  • CIL Calculator – users can estimate their likely liability

S106

  • Financial Information – income, allocation and spend by contribution type.
  • Non-financial – including property or land contributions
  • Affordable Housing – completed units

Projects

  • Neighbourhood (Parish) CIL – payments and spend
  • Borough CIL Infrastructure Funds – allocated projects, payments and progress

BNG

  • Information for applications from the statutory metric

Applications

  • Allows users to search for specific planning application references or addresses

We have produced a User Guide to help you find the information you require, which you can view below.
