Battle of the Bands - entry form

This event will be held on 23 August 2025. More details can be found on the Battle of the Bands page.

Event details/rules

The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk and Radio West Norfolk are organising a West Norfolk Battle of the Bands (BOTB) competition which is open to any band in the West Norfolk area.

The band must have its roots in West Norfolk and include a significant number of band members living in our area. The band should have at least 3 members. All genres of music are welcomed.

This entry form will initially require you to upload a recording of the band to assist the judges in assessing your entry. Alternatively, you can provide a YouTube, Soundcloud, or Spotify link. At a future date a high-quality recording (preferably in WAV format) should be provided in order that your song can be played on Radio West Norfolk. In addition, you must undertake to carry out an interview with Simon Rowe on Radio West Norfolk.

All entries will be judged by an appointed panel of judges and eight bands will be chosen to take part in the Grand Final Competition Day.

For further details, please visit the Battle of the Bands page.
