Try finding a new home for your old timber through your local online forum or paper.
You can take timber to the Heacham, King’s Lynn, or Docking household waste recycling centres. But there is a charge; please visit the Norfolk County Council's DIY-waste page for details.
For large DIY projects it might be worth contacting a skip company or similar, but remember - you're still responsible for the disposal of your waste, so ensure the disposer is qualified to do so.
