About the development
Salters Road is an allocated site off Columbia Way in North Lynn.
We've secured funding from Homes England and are building 78 1,2 and 3 bedroom properties and will be installing photovoltaics where possible. The plans show the site layout which give views of the site from different angles and give a broad idea of the house design and site layout.
The project has received planning approval and we started on site in January 2023.
This site will be transferred to Freebridge Community Housing once complete and some of the properties will be available on West Norfolk Homechoice.
