Residents can support local businesses as they reopen by coming to the high streets, following the guidance and having a little patience.

Please remember to:

  • Look out for signs and floor markings. Please follow the guidance.
  • Follow instructions displayed or offered by staff at any business you visit.
  • Wash or sanitise your hands. Avoid touching your face.
  • Be considerate of others while out and keep your distance.
  • Follow social distancing measures to protect yourself and others.
  • Plan your visit. You may need to book an appointment or alter how you used to visit in the past. Check the website of the establishments you plan to visit beforehand.
  • Use contactless payments where possible.
  • Do not leave your house if you have Covid-19 symptoms. However mild they may be. Please phone 119 and ask for a home test kit or book yourself a visit to a test centre.

Businesses across west Norfolk are looking forward to welcoming you back safely.

While out please remember hands, face, space, fresh air to protect West Norfolk. If you are a business owner you will find guidance for re-opening premises here.
