Parking Operations Logo From Monday 7 November 2011 Norfolk (excluding Norwich City) will become “Decriminalised” for the purposes of parking enforcement both on and off-street.

The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk Parking Operations is responsible for the management and operation of car parks within our area, it also operates the car parks in the area of North Norfolk District Council on their behalf.

Parking Operations are also responsible for the enforcement of on-street parking issues in their area and in the areas of Breckland, Broadland and North Norfolk District Councils under delegated authority from Norfolk County Council.
