Excess Charges are issued for a variety of reasons; either there was no sign of a parking ticket on the vehicle, or if displayed, the parking ticket was out of time, the parking ticket was inappropriate for a particular car park, the parking ticket was incorrectly displayed or a motorist parks in a disabled bay without displaying a valid disabled badged.
 
Excess Charge Details- Standard charge of £50.
You can pay an Excess Charge using our secure Online Payments facility.
 

Excess Charge Appeals

 

If you feel you have been incorrectly issued with an Excess Charge, appeals can be made be made using our Excess Charge Appeal eForm
 
Appeals can also be made in writing within seven days of the date of offence. These should be addressed to:

Please ensure that you quote the Excess Charge number on your appeal.
 
Payment should not be withheld, as the discount period is not extended in the event of an appeal. If your appeal is upheld your payment will not be taken.
