You can now receive your business rates bills and related correspondence by email rather than by post. You'll receive them quicker, help the environment and reduce costs. We can also use SMS text messages to contact you regarding your business rates account if you wish.

  • your company/trading name
  • your business rates reference number
  • the premises address
  • your email address
