Lovell has begun work on the Lynnsport 3 development for the borough council.
54 homes will be developed in this phase, a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Having prepared the site, work currently continues with road and drainage construction, alongside foundation work. Brickwork will begin in September.
Additionally, the woodland parkland and wildflower meadow will be expanded. Over 100 trees have already been planted and the land seeded with wildflowers.
The existing footpath through the site will be closed for the duration of the work and a temporary diversion route has been signposted. See our diversion map for details.
