Mary Colangelo, Electoral Services Manager for the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk said: “We’re getting closer to polling day now, so we want to make sure that everyone knows how they can cast their vote.

“Also, anyone who has moved house in the past few months should register at their new address,” she warns, “and I know there are some people in the area who have not yet registered to vote, which means they may be missing out unless they take action now. The deadline to register is 12 April 2019.”

New videos have been created to explain how to register to vote, how to vote and how to complete a borough council postal vote.

The deadline to receive applications to register to vote is Friday 12 April.

The deadline for receiving new postal vote and proxy applications, and for changes to existing postal or proxy votes is 5pm on Monday 15 April.
