One resident has reported receiving a scam call, from a caller claiming to be from Careline. Here's our advice.
One of our residents has received a telephone call from someone claiming to represent our Careline service, who asked her for her bank details.
While a Careline representative may call you to make an appointment, we will never cold-call you to try and sell you products, and we will never ask you for your bank details over the phone. If you have any doubt that contact from Careline is genuine, end the call and phone us back on 01553 616200.
