Cllr Elizabeth Nockolds, borough council deputy leader and cabinet member for Culture, Heritage and Health, said “Our Spring Plant & Craft Fair is becoming the traditional start of our season of free family events; what could be better as the weather starts to improve than an event that inspires you to get out into the garden? Whether you look after acres or a window box there’ll be something for you. For anyone who is particularly proud of their green space we’re launching our Front Garden and Allotment competition, as part of our annual In Bloom campaign.”
The free activity and craft workshops are for all ages, but children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
